County, Tezas. And it appearing to the Court that said bid Se the highest and only bid for
said Grader and that same should bo aooepted, and that the Commisaionar of Preoinot No. 3 of
Kerr County, Tease, is directed to deliver the Old Horse Drawn Grader to the said IIdo Letz
upon payment of the said sum of X40,00, and that said cum of X40.00 shall be deposited to
the oredit of Commissioner's Preoinot No. 3 of Kerr County, Tease.

Kerr County, Tease, is directed to deliver the Old 8 Inch Walking Plow to the said Walter

This 10th day of April, 1939, came on to be heard the contract between T. k N. 0. Ry.
Co., and G. Bohnert with reference to the water line of said Bohgprt whioh tuna under the
tracks of said Railroad Company and for whioh Commisaioner'a Preoinot No. 2 of Kerr County,
Tezas, agreed to pay the yearly rental in the sum of X1.00, and it appearing to the Court the
said sum of X1.00 is s fair and reasonable rental for said water line oontraat. It is there-
fore ordered by the Court that the County Clark Se hereby authorized to issue s warrant on th
County Treasurer for the sum of X1.00 to be paid out of R. do B. No. 2 is payment of the
above mentioned contract.
