Co., and G. Bohnert with reference to the wateF line of said Bohgprt whioh rune under the
tracks of said Railroad Company and for whioh Commissioner's Preoinot No. 2 of Berr County,
Tezea, agreed to pay the yearly rental in the sum of X1.00, and it appearing to the Court the
said sum oY X1.00 is a fair and reasonable rental for said water line oontraat. It is thare-
fore ordered by the Court that the County Clerk is hereby authorized to issue a warrant on th
