Ida J. W. Limberger for payment of her reapeotive interest in the above mentioned 4~ sores for
right of way purposes, which said interest amounting to #315.00 and Mrs. Ceorgda E. Wehmeyer'
interest amounting to the sum of X35.00, Bald soma to be paid out of the Kerr County Lateral
Road Fund, reapeotively. It is therefore ordered by the Court that the County Clerk shall
issue warrants on the County Treasurer in the reapeotive soma above mentioned draws on the
Kerr County Lateral Road Fund in favor of the above parties, for the purchase of said 4~ acre
out of Survey No. 68, in name of Wm. Watt, for right of way purposes for Highway 27; between
Kerrville and Center Point, Tazae.

N0. 2018. DISCONTINUATION OF PAYMENT OF F08 BOUNTY BY HERB COUNTY.
Oa this the Bth daq of May, A. D. 1939, it wen ordered by the Court that the pagmeat
of 75~ on saoh and every fox killed within the boundaries of Kerr County be dieoontinued for
the reason that in an order heretofore made and passed by this Court, oa the 14th day of
February, 1939, wherein it was deoreed that Kerr County would continue to pay the bounty
until May let, 1939, aub~eot however to the adjoining Counties participating in the payment
of the Foz bounty for the Pozen killed in their reapeotive aounties. It is further ordered
and deoreed by the Court that Kerr County, 1n pursuance to the order made on the 14th day of
February, 1939, will not pay n bounty of 75~ on saoh and every fox killed within the County
on or s3~ter the 1st day of May, 1939.
