WHEREAS, on this the 8th day of May, 1939, came on to be heard the application of Mra.
Ida J. W. Limberger for payment of her reapeotive interest in the above mentioned 4~ eorea for
right of way purpoaea, which said interest amounting to X315.00 and Mrs. Georgia S. Wehmeyer's
interest amounting to the sum of X35.00, said soma to be paid out of tho Kerr County Lateral
Road Fund, reapeotively. It is therefore ordered by the Court that the County Clerk shall
issue warrants on the County Treasurer in the reapeotive auma above mentioned drawn on the
Kerr County Latarnl Road Fund in favor of the above partlea, for the purchase of said 4~ scree
out of Surveq No. 68, in name of Wm. Watt, for right of way purpoaea for Highway 27; between
Kerrville and Center Point, Teza s.

N0. 2018. DISCONTINUATSON OF PAYMENT OF FOZ BODNTY BY KERR COURIR.
On this the 8th day of May, A. D. 1939, it was ordered by the Court that the payment
of 75/ on saoh and every foe killed within the boundaries of Kerr County be dieoontinuad for
the reason that in en order heretofore made and pesaed by this Court, on the 14th day of
February, 1939, wherein it wee deoreed that Kerr County would continua to pay the bounty
until May let, 1939, aub~eot however to the adjoining Counties partloipating in the payment
of the Foz bounty for the fozea killed in their reapeotive oountlee. It Sa further ordered
and decreed bq the Court that Kerr County, in purauanoe to the order made on the 14th day of
February, 1939, will not pay n bounty of 75~ on saoh and every foz killed within the County
on or after the 1st day of Mnq, 1939.
