in the sum of $12.00 for a ate el Roed Drag owned by Commissioner's Prea inet No. 3 oP Kerr
County, Tezas. And it appearing to the Court that said bid is the highest Bad only bld for
said Drag and that same should be accepted and Lhat the Commissioner of Predinet No. 3 of
Kerr County, Tezas, is directed to deliver the Steel Road Drag to the said Aug. S. Faltin
upon payment of the said sum of $12.00, and that said sum of $12.00 shall be deposited to the
credit of Commissioner's Prec inat No. 3 of Kerr County, Tezas,

On this the 12th day of Tune, A. D. 1939, came on to be eaamined and audited by the
Court the report of Efl. W. Speekels, Tust ice of the Peace of Precinct No. 1 of Kerr County,
~ for the month of I+iay, 1939, of criminal Ease ,filed, fines, judgment and jury Peas collected
showing the sum of $129.55 collected end deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him
acoording to said report to a See of $45.80, end it appear ing to the Court that said report is
oorrect, same be and is hereby approved, and the County Clerk and County Treasurer are there-
fore authorized and directed to pay unto Justioe Speckela the said sum of $45,00 as follows:
$33.7b out of the Road and Bridge Fund and $11.25 out of the Ceaeral Fund.
