This 12th day of June, 1939, came on to be eaamined and audited by the Court, the variou
claims and accounts filed against Kerr County and its respective Commissioners` preciaota
sinoe last term of the Court, all of which accounts and claims were approved by the Court for
payment by the County Clerk 1n amounts and out oP respective funds as shown, by the minutes of
eocounte allowed for Kerr County, Tessa, which are made a part of this order.

N0. 2030. BID OF AUG. S. FALTIN FOR STEEL ROAD DRAG EELONGING TO PRECINCT N0. 3.
On this the 12th day of June, A. D. 1939, came on to be heard the bid of Aug. 3. Faltin,
in the sum of $12.00 for a Steel Road Drag owned by Commieaioner•s Precinct No. 3 of Kerr
County, Tezas. And it appearing to the Court that said bid is the highest bad only bid Por
said Drag and that same should be sacepted and that the Commiss ioaer of Prediact No. 3 of
Kerr County, Tezas, is dlrac tad to deliver the Steel RoaB Drag to the said Aug. S. Faltin
upon payment of the said avm of $12.00, and that said sum of $12.00 shall be depoa ited to the
credit of Commissioner`s Precinct No. 3 of Kerr County, Tezas.

Court the report of Ed. W. Speckel9, Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. 1 of Eerr County,
Por the month of l~iay, 1939, of criminal feea,Piled, fines, judgment and jury Pane collected
showing the sum of $129.55 collected end deposlted with the County Treasurer, eat itling him
eoaording to said report to a fee of $45.90, and St appearing to the Court that said report is
oorrect, same be end Sa hereby approved, and the County Clerk and County Treasurer are there-
fore authorized and direoted to pay unto Justioe Speckele the said sum of $45.00 as follows:
