BID OF AUG. S. FALTIN FOR STEEL ROAD DRAC ENLONGING TO PRECINCT N0. 3. On this the 12th day of June, A. D. 1939, came on to be heard the bid of Aug. 9. Felt in, in the sum of X12.00 for a Steel Road Drag owned by Commissioner's Precinct No. 3 of Kerr County, Teaas. And it appearing to the Court that said bid 1a the highest and only DSd for said Drag and that same should be accepted and that the Commissioner of Predinct No. 3 of Kerr County, Tezas, is directed to deliver the Steel Road Dreg to the said Aug. S. Faltin upon payment of the said sum of X12.00, and that said avm of X12.00 shall be deposited to the credit of Commissioner's Precinct No. 3 of Kerr County, Teaas, o-o-o-o-o-o-o=o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 2031. APPROVAL OF REPORT OF JUSTICE OF THE PEACE, PRECINCT N0. 1, MAY. On this the 12th day of June, A. D. 1939, came on to be~eaamined and audited by the Court the report of Ed. vt. Speckela, Justine of the Peace of Precinct No. 1 of Kerr County, for the month of Llay, 1939, of oriminal fees ,f Sled, fines, fudgment and fury fees collected showing the sum of $129.55 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him according to said report to a fee of $45.80, sad it appearing to the Court that said report Ss oorreot, same be and is hereby approved, and the County Clerk and County Treasurer are there- fore authorized and direoted to pay unto Justioe Speckela the said sum of X45.00 as follows: $33.75 out oY the Road and Hridge Fund and $11.25 out of the Ceaeral Fund. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 2032.
