This 12th day of June, 1939, came on to be examined and audited by the Court, the veriou
claims and accounts filed against Kerr County and its respective Commissioners' precincts
since last term of the Court, all of which eccouata and claims were approved by the Court for
payment by the County Clerk in amounts and out of respective funds as shown, by the minutes of
accounts allowed for Kerr County, Tease, which are made a part of this order.

N0. 2030. BID OF AUG. S. FALTIN FOR STEEL ROAD DRAG EELONGING TO PRECINCT N0. 3.
On this the 12th day of June, A. D. 1939, oame on to be heard the bid of Aug. 3. Felt in,
in the sum of X12.00 for a Steel Roed Drag owned by Commissioner`s Precinct No. 3 of Kerr
County, Tezss. And it appearing to the Court that said Did is the highest Bad only bid for
said Drag and that same should be accepted and that the Commissioner of Precinct No. 3 of
Kerr County, Teass, is directed to deliver the Steel Road Drag to the said Aug. S. Faltin
upon payment of the said sum of $12.00, sad that said sum of X12.00 shall be deposited to the
ored it of Commissioner`s Precinct No. 3 of Kerr County, Tezss,

Court the report of Ed. Vi• Speckels, Justine of the Peace of Precinct No. 1 oI Kerr County,
e Por the month of i~+%ay, 1939, of criminal fees ,filed, fines, iudgment and fury fees collected
showing the sum of $129.55 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him
ecoording to said report to a fee, of $65.90, and St appearing to the Court that said report is
oorrect, same be and is hereby approved, end the County Clerk and County Treasurer are there-
fore authorized sad direoted to~ pay unto Sustioe Speckels the said sum of $45,00 as follows:
X33.76 out of the Road an8 Bridge Fund and $11.25 out of the General Fuad.
