eapense report of Jno. R. Leavell, County Clerk for the month of May, 1939, showing an actual
and necessary expense of X306.30 incurred by him in the oonduct of his office during said
month of May, 1939, and it appearing to the Court that said County Clerk is entitled to the
eapenditure of all'the Stems therein listed, said report be and is hereby approved for its
full amount by the Court.
