On this the 10th day oS July, 1939, it was ordered by the Court that Commieaioners~
Precinct No, 1 of Kerr County, Texas, purohsae s Gravel Pit boated on the Harper Road belon
ing to 4.t. R. Porter for the sum of X100.00, and that said Gravel, etc., is to be used on the
Rerper Road, it was further ordered by the Court that the County Clerk issue proper voucher
for said sum of $100.00 to be paid. out of R. & B. No, 1 FunB, pa;able to Bald M. R. Porter
for said Gravel Pit.

according to said report to a fee of $39.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report i
