On this the 10th day of Tiny, 1939, it was ordered by the Court that Commiasionera'
Prealnat No. 1 of Kerr County, Tezas, purchase a Gravel Pit located on the Harper Road beloa
ing to ~.t. R. Porter for the sum of ~g100.00, and that se id Cravel, etc., is Lo be used on the
Harper Road, it was further ordered by the Court that the County Clerk issue proper vovaher
for ea Sd sum of X100.00 to be paid. out of R. & B. No. 1 Fund, payable to said M. R. Porter
for said Gravel Pit.

N0. 2041. APPROVAL OF CODNTY CLERK'S MONT°II.Y EXPENSE REPORT.
This 1Dth day of Tuly, q. D. 1939, came on to ba ezamined by the Court the monthly
expense report of Jno. R. Leavell, County Clerk for the month of June, 1939, showing an actual
anfl neeeasary expense of $181.55 incurred bq him in the ooaduot of his offioe during said

e On this the 10th day of July, A. D. 1939, came on to be eaamined and audited by the
Court the report of Ed. 1Y. Speckels, Justice pf the Peace of Preoinct No. lof Kerr County,
for the month of June, 1939, oY"criminal fees filed, Yinea, judgment and fury fees oolleoted
showing the sum of x$28.76 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him
eooord ing to said report to a fee of X39.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is
correct, same be and is hereby approved, and the County Clerk and County Treasurer are there-
fore authorized and directed to pay unto Just ice Speakela the said sum of X39.00 es follows:
$14.00 out of the Road and Bridge Fund and X25.00 out of the General Fund.
