On this the 10th day of Julp, 1939, it wen ordered by the Court that Commiasionera~
Prealant No. 1 of Kerr County, Teass, purohaea a Gravel Pit boated on the Hnrper Road belon
ing to 1.t. R. Porter for the sum of X100.00, and that said Gravel, etc., is to be used on the
Harper Roed, it was further ordered by the Court tbat the County Clerk issue proper vouoher
for ae id sum of $100.00 to be paid, out of R. & B. No. 1 Fund, payable to avid M. R. Porter
for said Gravel Pit.
