N0. 2040. PDRCHASE OF GRAVEL PIT ON HARPER ROAD.
On this the 10th day o1 July, 1939, it was ordered by the Court that Commisaionera~
Preoinnt No, 1 of Kerr County, Texas, purchase a Gravel Pit boated on the Harper Road belon
ing to 1.t. R. Porter for the sum of ~$lOG.00, and that said Gravel, etc., is to ba used oa the
Harper Road, it was further ordered by the Court that the County Clerk issue proper vouoher
for ea id sum of X100.00 to be paid~out of R. & B. No. 1 FunB, payable to said M. R. Porter
for said Gravel Pit.

N0. 2041. APPROVAL OF COt1N17 GLERK'S MONT`-SLY EXPENSE REPORT.
This 10th day o2 Ju19, A. D. 1939, came on to be ezaminefl by the Court the monthly
expense report oP dno. R. Leavell, County Clerk for the month of June, '1939, showing an eotual
and necessary expense of X181.55 incurred by him in the oonduot of his off loe during said
month of Juae, 1939, and it appearing to the Court that said County Clerk is entitled to the
expenditure of all the items therein listed, said Teport be and •ie hereby approved for its
full emouat by the Court.

On this the 10th day of July, A. D. 1939, came on to be eaemiaed sad audited by the
Court the report of Ed. ~Y. Speckele, Justice of the Peace of Prec inat No. l of Kerr County,
Por the month of June, 1939, of"criminal fees filed, fines, ~udgmant and fury leas collected
showing the sum of Ip28.76 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him
socording to said report to a tee of $39.00, and it appearing to the Court tact said report is
correct, same be end 1s hereby approved, and the County Clerk end County Treasurer are there-
fore authorized and directed to pay unto Just foe Spaokelt the said sum of X39.00 es follows;
$14.00 out. of the Road and Bridge Fund and $25.00 out of the General Fund.
