N0. 2048. EMPLOYMENT OF MAXINE RUTLEDGE AS ASSISTANT TO COUNTY JUDGE.
Thin 10th day of July, A. D. 1939, it appearing to the Court that the County Judge of
Kerr County is in need of an assistant in hie offioe, and that Mazlne Ru'tledga is duly
qualified Por the servloee to ba rendered in eadd offioe, whereupon, on motion made, aeaonded
and unanimously adopted, said Mazlne Rutledge be and 1a hereby employed as such Aasis tent
beginning July 1st, 1939 and ondlug January let, 1940, and her salary is hereby fined by the
Court at the sum of $45.00 per month, And tho County Clerk ~be and Sa hereby authorized and
direoted to iasua and deliver unto said Maxine Rutledge on the 1st of each month, beginning
August 1st, 1939, a warrant on the County Treasurer ageinat the General Fund for the sum of
X45.00 oovering her monthly salary.
