D. 1939, the County Treasurer of Kerr County be and he is hereby authorized and directed by the Court to 'transfer the sum of $250.00 from the Road & part Bridge No. 1 Fund to Road and Bridge No. 4 Fund, for the fro-rata/and donation of said sum by Road & Hridge No. 1 Fund to Road & Bridge No, 4 Fund for the Indian Creek Bridge.
