This 10th day of July, A. D. 1939, the County Treasurer of Kerr County be and he is
hereby authorized and directed by the Court to 'transfer the sum of $250.00 from the Road &

Bridge No. 1 Fund to Road and Bridge No. 4 Fund, for the fro-rata/and donation of said sum by
Road & Hridge No. 1 Fund to Road & Bridge No, 4 Fund for the Indian Creek Bridge. And the
County Clerk shall charge said R. & H. No. 1 Fund with said !260.00 so transferred on the
books of his office. '

N0. 2048. EMPLOYMENT OF MAXINE RUTLEDGE AS ASSISTANT TO COUNTY SUDG&.
This 10th day of July, A. D. 1939, 1t appearing to the Court that the County Judge of
Kerr County is in need of an assistant in hie office, and that Maxine Rutledge is duly
qualified Yor the aervioea to be rendered 1n eadd offioe, whereupon, on motion made, seconded
and unanimously adopted, aeld Maxine Rutledge be and Ss hereby employed sa such Assistant
beginning duly let, 1839 and endlag January let, 1940, and her salary is hereby fined by the
Court at the sum of $45.00 per month. And the County Clerk~be and is hereby authorized and
direoted to Ssaue and deliver unto said Maxine Rutledge on the let of eaoh month, beginning
August 1st, 1939, a warrant on the County Treasurer against the General Fund for the sum of
$45.00 severing her monthly salary.
