Kerr County is in need of an assistant in hie offioe, and that Mazlne Ru'tleGge is duly
qualified for the aervloes to ba rendered Sn sadd offioe, whereupon, on motion made, seconded
and unanimously adopted, said Mazino Rutledge be and is hereby employed sa such Assistant
beginning July let, 1939 and ending January 1st, 1940,. and her salary is hereby fined by the
Court at the sum of X45.00 per month. And the County Clerk~be and is hereby authorized and
direoted to issue and deliver unto said Meaiae Rutledge on the let of each month, beginning
August let, 1939, a warrant on the County Treasurer against the General Fund for the sum of
$45.00 oovaring her monthly salary.
