This 15th day of August, A. II. 1989, came on to be .considered by the Court the nursing
servioe requirements impgaed on $err County by the State Budget for period from July 1st,
1939 to July 1st, 1940, and Lt appearing to the Court that the aeaumpt ion by the County of
,1,380.00 of said nursing service eapensa ea provided thereunder is in all respects reasonabl
and satisfacbory to the Court.
Said budget is therefore aoeepted and adopted by the Cvurt, and the County Clerk be and
is hereby authorized and directed to pay the $480.00 annual cash salary unto the County
Public Bealth Nurse of $err County in twelve monthly iastallmeRLs of X40.00 eaoh out of the
General Fund, acme to be paid unto .her at end of each month's service beginning Aug. 1, 1939.
All bills oovering any part of said nurse's $600.00 annual travel allowanoa or her $300,00
annual oontingent allowance shall be approved by this Court from term to term and then paid
by the County Clark out of the Gensral Fund.
It being understood by the Court that said County Eub1la,Bealth Nursing servioe is
herein aontinued~for another year as herein provided, upon .the ezpresa condition and agree-
ment with the Trustees of the Kerrville Independent School Dietriot, that Kerr County advanoe
and pay for said service from month to month but that the whole eapease lnourrad shall ba
shared and paid for in equal proportions by the County and said $errville Independent School
District, and said school district agrees to reimburse the County for its half of said eapansi
by payment thereof to the County treasurer on demand.
