warrants, checks, bonds and coupons Qoaompanying same, that said report is true and correct,
in every respect, and same be and is hereby approved in open Court, all sa is shown by the
Certifiaete of Approval eignad by the Court and attached thereto, and the County Clerk shall

This 15th day of August, A. D. 1939, came on ;to be .considered by the Court the nursing
servioe raquirementa imposed on Kerr County by the State Budget for period from July 1st,
1939 to July 1st, 1940, and it appearing to the Court that the eaeumpt ion by the County of
$1,380.00 of said nursing servioe eapense ea provldad thereunder is in all respects reasonabl
and satisfactory to the Court.
Said budget is therefore .accepted and adopted by the Court, and the County Clerk be and
ie hereby authorized and diraoted to pay the $480.00 annual cash salary unto the County
Public Health Nurse of Kerr County in twelve monthly iaetallmex}ta of X40.00 each out of the
General Fund, same to be paid unto .her at end of each month's service beginning Aug. 1, 1939.
All bills covering any pert of said nurse's $600.00 annual travel allowance or her $300.00
annual contingent allowance shall be approved by this Court from term to term and then paid
by- the County Clerk out of the Ganoral Fund. ,
It being understood by the Court that said County Eublic $ealth Nursing servioe is
herein oontinusd.for another year as herein provided, upon the express condition and agrea-
went with the Trustees of the Rerrville Independent School District, that Kerr County advance
and pay for said service from month to month but that the whole ezpenae incurred shall be
shared and paid for in equal proportions by the County and said Kerrville Independent School
District, and said school district agrees to reimburse the County Por its half of said eapans~
by payment thereof to the County treasurer on demand.
