the quarterly report of E. Gold, County Treasurer, covering the reeeipta and disbursements
oP Kerr County for quarter ending July 31st, 1939, and it .appearing to the Court after care-
ful and thorough eaamination and inspection of said report together with the cancelled
warrants, checks, bonds end coupons accompanying same, that said report is true and correct,
in every respect, sad same be and is herebq approved in open Court, all as is shows by the
Certificate of Approval signed by the Court end attached thereto, and the County Clerk shall
record ea id report in the loose-leaf record in hie office .and file such aanoelled warrants,
cheeks, bonds and coupons in his off ice for safe-keeping and future referanoo.

statement is true and correct in every respect, same ba and is hereby .approved by the Court.

County of Kerr. ~ Regular August Term, A. D. 1939.
This 15th day of August, A. D. 1939, came on ao be.coneidered by the Court the nursing
service requirements imposed on Rerr County by the State Budget for period from July 1st,
1939 to July 1st, 1940, and it appearing to the Court that the aeaumpt ion by the County of
,1,380.00 of said nursing service ezpenae ea provided thereunder is in all respects reason
and eatisfacbory to the Court.
Said budget is therefore accepted and adopted by the Court, and the County Clerk be and
is hereby authorized and directed to pay the $480.00 annual Dash salary unto the County
Public $ealth Nurse of Kerr County in twelve monthly iaetallmegts of X40.00 sash out oP the
General Fund, same to be paid unto~her at end of each month's service beginning Aug. 1, 1939.
All bills covering any part of said nurse's $600.00 annual travel ellowanoe or her $300.00
annual ooatingent allowance shall be apprsved by this Court from term to term and then paid
by~ the County Clark out of the General Fund.
It being understood by the Court that said County Publia,Health Nursing aervioe is
herein aontinued<for another year as herein provided, upon .the ezpreas condition and agree-
ment with the Trustees of the Kerrville Independent School District, that Kerr County advaaae
and pay for said aervioe from month to month but that the whole ezpenae incurred shall ba
shared and paid Por in equal proportions by the County and said Kerrville Independent School
District, and said school diatr ict agrees to re imburae the County for its half of said aspens
by payment thereof to the County treasurer on demand.
