rendered by County Agent, Luke L. Ballard, are-to the beat intereet of the stockmen, farmers,
buainasa men and talc payers of Kerr County and should be continued.
Therefore, upon oration duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted, it in ordered by the
Court that Luke L. Ballard be and Se hereby smployed~:es County Agent for Kerr County Por the
gear, beginning September let, 1939,. sad the sumof X500.00 be and is hereby appropriated and
