continuing the County Farm Demonstration work in Kerr Oouaty, Tezsa, for another gear from"
September let, 1939, and it appearing to the Court that the aervioes heretofore and now '
rendered by County Agent, Luko L. Ballard, are ~to Uha beat {stare st of the etookmea, farmers,
business men and taZ payers of Kerr County end should be oonbinusd.
Therefore, upon motion duly made, aeaonded and unanimously adopted, it Sa ordered by the
Court that Luke L. Ballard De and ie hereby smployed,ea County Agent for Kerr County for the
year, beginning September let, 1939, and the sum of X800.00 be and is hereby appropriated and
set ~aeida out of the Road & Bridge Fund of Kerr County for the purpose of paying the County`s
portion of .ouoh Coupty Agent ~a monthly saleFy ~dnring the period mentionefl, same shell be paid
by the County Clerk unto said Agent in 12 equal monthly installments payable oa or after the.
f {rat day of eaoh end every month beginning October let, 1939 and ending September let, 1940.
And the County Clerk is hereby directed to Punish a certified copy of this order to the
