On this the 19th day of dugust, A. D. 1939, came on to be heard end ooneidered objeot-
lone made by various citizens of Yerr County, Tezea, in regards Lo the peddlers, Pruit truoka,
end vegetable truoka now oaoupying the Court Houee Square or Block, and also the benches now
boated on the Coart Houee Square or Block, that same ahoulfl be removed from the Court Houee
Ognare or Slook. And it aBDearing to the Coart that said objeotiane are well taken and that
said peddlers, fruit truoka and vegetable truoka end benahee should be removed trom the Court
Houee 9gaere or Block. It le therefore ordered by the Oourt that said peddlers, trait trnoke
and vegetable trnoke shall vacate said Court Houee square or block by the let day of September
1938. And it is further ordered by the Court that the benahee now boated on the Court Houee
Square or Block be vacated and removed by not later then the let day of September, 1939.
And the County Clerk is herebyordered to mail a certified copy of this order to the
City of Kerrville, Texas.
