for said Hand Plow and that same should be accepted and that the Commissioner of Precinot No.
of Kerr County, Tezea, is directed to deliver the 12 inch Hand Plow to the said O.J. Marqus
upon payment of the said sum of X4.00, and that said sum of X4.00 shall be deposited to the
oredit of Commissioner's Preoinet No. 3 of Kerr County, Tezae.
