Company, its suo cessora end asalgn s, on September 11, 1939, granting the right sad authority
to erect, construct, maintain, extend, renew end operate a 8yatem of electric transmission
lines end electric distribution systems along the present right of way oP said Central Power
and Light Company as now used, operated and me iota ined by them „within the limits of Precinct
No, 3 of Kerr County, Tezas, in accordance with the laws of the Sta to of Texea and the terms
and conditions of said franchise order.
