Company, its suc ceseors and assigns, on September 11, 1939, gre nting the right sad authority
to erect, construct, maintain, extend, renew end operate a system of electric transmiaslon
lines end electric distribution systems along the present right of way of said Central Power
and Light Company as now used, operated and maintained by them „within the limits of Preclnet
No. 3 of Kerr County, Texas, in accordance with the laws of the State of Texan end the terms

Central Power and Light Company accepts said tra nohise and agrees that it is entitled
