application of Pet Washburn, Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Teaea, for an increase in hie
salary, the present salary being $40.00 per month, to be paid out of the General Fund of
Kerr County, Texas. Aad it appearing to the Court that #10.00 increa ae in salary is suffici
to satisfy the demands of said Deputy Sheriff, it is therefAre ordered by the Court that the
County Clerk shall issue warrant on the County Treasurer for the sum of X50.00 per month,
beginning November 1st, 1939, to be paid out oP the General Fund as Salary for said Pet

N0. 2106. APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S MONTHLY EXPENSE REPORT.
This 9th day of October, A. D. 1939, came on to be examined by the Court the monthly
eapense report of Jno. R. Leevell, County Clerk for the month of September, 1939, showing an
actual and necessary ezpense of $186.40 inourred by him in the conduct of his office during
said month of September, 1939, end it appearing to the Court that said County Clerk is
entitled to the expenditures of ell the items therein listed, said report be and is hereby
approved for its full amount by the Court.
