application of pet Washburn, Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Tease, for an increase in his
'salary, the present salary being $40.00 per month, to be paid out of the General Fund of

to satisfy the demands of said Deputy Sheriff, it is thereYpre ordered by the Court that the
County Clerk shall issue warrant on the County Treasurer for the sum of $50,00 per month,

N0. 2106. APPROVAL OF COUNTX CLERK'S MONTHLY EXPENSE REPORT.
This 9th day of October, A. D. 1939, came on to be examined by the Court the monthly
expense report of Tao. R. Leavell, County Clerk for the month of September, 1939, showing an
actual and necessary expense of $186.40 incurred by him in the conduct of his office during
said month of September, 1939, end it appearing to the Court that said County Clerk is
entitled to the expenditures of ell the items therein listed, said report be end is hereby
approved Yor its full amount by the Court.
