FDND. _ This 13th day of Nn vember, 1939, came on to be considered by the Court the proposal 02 Ranson, Davidson & Company of San Antonio, represented by Mrs. Helen Stanley, offering to trade unto the Kerr County Permanent School Fund $5,000 of the Kerr County Wide Road Bonds, 1931, Por the $5,000 of the Kerr County Warrants, 1937, 4 due in 1999 end 1 due in 1950, and an additional sum of $350.00 in cash to be paid by Ranson, Davidson & Company oP San Antonio, said bonds being /now owned by said school fund.
