This 13th day oP November, 1939, came nn to be considered by the Court the proposal of Ranson, Davidson & Company of San Antoalo, represented Dy Mrs. Helen Stanley, offering to trade unto the Kerr County permanent School Fund $5,000 of the Rerr County Wide Roed Bonds, 1931, for the $5,000 of the Kerr County Warrants, 1937, 4 due in 1949 and 1 due in 1950, and en additional sum of $350.00 in cash to be paid by Ranson, Davidson & Company of San Antonio, sa Sd bonds being /now owned by said school fund. APPORTIONMENT OF $5,000.00 OF THE GENERAL ROAD & BRIDGE FUND OF RERR COUNTY. This 13th day of November, A, D. 1939, be end it is ordered by the Court that $5,000.00 of the uaapport coned Road & Bridge Funds of Kerr County, be hereby apportioned and credited to the respective Commissioners' Precinct of Kerr County, in the following proportions, viz: To R. & B. Fund of Prea lact No. 1, 37~ - - - - - - - $1,850.00 To R. & B. Fund of Preo inet No. 2, 1596 - - - - - - - $ 750.00 To R. & B. Fund of Precinct No. 3, 1596 - - - - - - - $ 750.00 To R. & B. D. 1939, it was ordered by the Court that the Clerk issue I warrant in the sum of $10.00 payable to Jim Steagall for payment of rental of lots used as a Market by Peddlers and Trucks 1n the City of Kerrville, and also on the 1st dfly of December, 1939, to issue warrant in the sum of $10.00 payable to Jim Steagall for payment of rental of lots as above stated, and thereafter the monthly sum of $5.00 for the rental of said lots, said amounts to be paid out oP the General Fund. 000-000-000-000-000-000-000 N0. 2112.
