This 13th day oP November, 1939, came nn to be considered by the Court the proposal of
Ranson, Davidson & Company of San Antoalo, represented Dy Mrs. Helen Stanley, offering to
trade unto the Kerr County permanent School Fund $5,000 of the Rerr County Wide Roed Bonds,
1931, for the $5,000 of the Kerr County Warrants, 1937, 4 due in 1949 and 1 due in 1950, and
en additional sum of $350.00 in cash to be paid by Ranson, Davidson & Company of San Antonio,
sa Sd bonds being
/now owned by said school fund.
It appearing to the Court that such bond trade and $350.00 additional allowance in cash
would be to the best interest of the Kerr County Permanent School Fund, the conaummat ion oP
said trade be and is hereby authorized by the Court, upon the final acceptance or refection
of said proposed trade by said Ranson, Davidson & Company.

N0. 2109. APPORTIONMENT OF $5,000.00 OF THE GENERAL ROAD & BRIDGE FUND OF RERR COUNTY.
This 13th day of November, A, D. 1939, be end it is ordered by the Court that $5,000.00
of the uaapport coned Road & Bridge Funds of Kerr County, be hereby apportioned and credited
to the respective Commissioners' Precinct of Kerr County, in the following proportions, viz:
To R. & B. Fund of Prea lact No. 1, 37~ - - - - - - - $1,850.00
To R. & B. Fund of Preo inet No. 2, 1596 - - - - - - - $ 750.00
To R. & B. Fund of Precinct No. 3, 1596 - - - - - - - $ 750.00
To R. & B. Fund of Preoinat No. 4, 3396 - - - - - - - $1,650.00
And the County Clerk shall credit the account of each of said precincts with toe amount them
apportioned hereunder.

N0. 2110. TRANSFER OF $18.00 FROM ROAD & BRIDGE FUND N0. 3 TO ROAD k BRIDGE FUND N0. 1.
This 13th day of November, A. D. 1939, the County Treasurer of Kerr County be and he 1s
hereby authorized and directed by the Court to transfer the sum of $18.00 Prom the Road &
Bridge Fund No. 3 Fund to Road and Hridge No. 1, Fund, Por payment of James Fitzpatrick for
road aupervis ion performed by him in said Precinct, and the County Clerk shall charge said
R. & B. Fund No. 3 with ae Sd =18.00 so transferred on the books of his office.

N0. 2111. PAYtdENT OF RENTAL OF LOTS FOR MARKET.
This 13th day of November, A. D. 1939, it was ordered by the Court that the Clerk issue

warrant in the sum of $10.00 payable to Jim Steagall for payment of rental of lots used as a
Market by Peddlers and Trucks 1n the City of Kerrville, and also on the 1st dfly of December,
1939, to issue warrant in the sum of $10.00 payable to Jim Steagall for payment of rental of
lots as above stated, and thereafter the monthly sum of $5.00 for the rental of said lots,
said amounts to be paid out oP the General Fund.
