FUND. _ This 13th day of November, 1939, came on to be eons idered by the Court the proposal of Ranson, Davidson & Company of San Antonio, represented by Mrs. Helen Stanley, of Paring to trade unto the Kerr County Permanent School Fund X5,000 of the Rerr County Wide Road Bonds, 1931, for the ffi5,000 of the Kerr County Warrants, 1937, 4 due in 1999 and 1 due in 1950, and an additional sum oP $350.00 1n cash to be paid by Ranson, Davidson & Company of San Antonio, se id bonds being /now owned by said school fund. It appearing to the Court that such bond trade and 350.00 additional allowance in cash would be to the best interest of the Kerr County Permanent School Fund, the consummat ion of said trade be and is hereby authorized by the Court, upon the final acceptance or reject ion of said proposed trade by said Ranson, Davidson & Company. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 2109. D. 1939, be and it is ordered by the Court that 9?5,000.00 of the unapport iwned Road & Hr ldga Funds of Rarr County, be hereby apportioned and crad ited to the respective Commissioners' Prea inet of Kerr County, in the following proportions, viz: To R. & B. D. 1939, .the County Treasurer of Kerr County be and he la hereby authorized and directed by the Court to transfer the sum of 818.00 Prom the Road & Bridge Fund No. 3 Fund to Roed and Bridge No. 1, Fund, for payment of James Fitzpatrick Por road supervision performed by him 1n said Precinct, and the County Clerk shall charge said R. & B.
