_ This 13th day oP November, ]939, came on to be considered by the Court the proposal of
Ranson, Davidson & Company of Sen Antdnlo, represented by Mrs. Helen Stanley, offering to
trade unto the Kerr County Permanent School Fund $5,000 of the Kerr County Wide Road Bonds,
1931, Par the $5,000 of the Kerr County Warrants, 1937, 4 due in 19A9 end 1 due in 7950, end
an add it lonal sum of $350.00 in cash to be paid by Ranson, Davidson & Company of San Antonio,

It appearing to the Court that such Dond trade and $350.00 additional allowance Sn cash
would be to the best interest of the Kerr County Permanent School Fund, the conaummat ion of
said trade ba and is he raby authorized Dy the Court, upon the final eoceptance or refection
of said proposed trade by said Ranson, Davidson & Company.

N0. 2109. APPORTIONMENT OF $5,000.00 OF THE GENERAL ROAD & BRIDGE FUND OF KERR COUNTY.
This 13th day of November, A. D. 1939, be and 1t is ordered by the Court that $5,000.00
of the unapport coned Road & Bridge Fuads of Karr County, be hereby apportioned and credited
to the respective Commiaslonara' Prea inet of Kerr County, 1n the following proportions, viz:
To R. & B. Fund of Prac inct No. 1, 3796 - - - - - - - $1,850.00
To R. & B. Fund of Preo inot No. 2, 1596 - - - - - - - $ 750.00
To R. & B. Fund of Precinct No. 3, 1596 - - - - - - - $ 750.00
To R. & B. Fund of Preoinct No. 4, 3396 - - - - - - $1,650.00
And the County Clerk shall credit the account oY each of said preclnets with tDe amount thex

N0. 2110. TRANSFER OF $18.00 FROM ROAD & BRIDGE FUND N0. 3 TO ROAD k BRIDGF, FUND N0. 1.
This 13th day of November, A. D. 1939, the County Treasurer of Kerr County be and he 1s
hereby authorized and directed by the Court to transfer the sum of $18.00 from the Road &
Hridge Fund No. 3 Fund to Roed end Bridge No, 1, Fund, for payment of Jemea Fitzpatrick for
road supervision performed by him in said Preoinct, and the County Clerk shell charge said
R. & B. Fund No. 3 with said =18.00 so transferred on the books of his office.

N0. 2111. PAYMENT OF RENTAL OF LOTS FOR MARKET.
This 13th day oP November, A. D. 1939, it was ordered by the Court that the Clerk issue
warrant in the sum of $10.00 payable to Jim Steagell for payment of rental oP lots used as a
Market by Peddlers and Trucks in the City of Kerrville, and also on the 1st day of Deoember,
1939, to issue warrant in the sum of $10.00 payable to Jim Steagell Por payment of rental of
lots as above stated, end thereafter the monthly sum oP $5.00 Por the rental of said lots,
said amounts to ba paid out oŁ the General Fund.
