D. 1939, the County Treasurer of Kerr County be and he 1s hereby authorized and directed by the Court to transfer the sum of $18.00 from the Road & Hridge Fund No. 3 Fund to Roed end Bridge No, 1, Fund, for payment of Jemea Fitzpatrick for road supervision performed by him in said Preoinct, and the County Clerk shell charge said R. & B.
