This 13th day of November, 7.939, came on to be considered by the Court the proposal of
Ranson, Davidson & Company of San Antoato, represented by Mrs. Helen Stanley, offering to
trade unto the Kerr County Permanent School Fund $5,000 of the Rerr County Wide Road Bonds,
1931, Por the $5,000 of the Kerr County Warrants, 1937, 4 due in 19119 end 1 due in 1950, and
en add tt ional sum of $350.00 in cash to be paid by Ranson, Davidson & Company of San Antonio,
sa Sd bonds being
/now owned by said school fund.
It appearing to the Court that such bond trade and $350,00 additional allowance in cash
would be to the best interest oP trie Kerr County Permanent School Fund, the consummation oP
said trade be and is hereby author lzed by the Court, upon the final soceptence or refection
of said proposed trade by said Ranson, Davidson & Company.

N0. 2109. APPORTIONMENT OF $5,000.00 OF THE GENERAL ROAD & BRIDGE FUND OF RERR COUNTY.
This 13th day of November, A. D. 1939, be and it is ordered by the Court that $5,000.00
of the unepport ioned Road & Brldge Funds of Kerr County, be hereby apportioned and credited
to the respective Commissioners' Precinct of Kerr County, 1n the Yellowing proportions, viz:
To R. & B. Fund of Prea inct No. 1, 3795 - - - - - - - $1,850.00
To R. & B. Fund oP Preoinet No. 2, 15~ - - - - - - - $ 750.00
To R. & B. Fund of Preclnet No. 3, 15{ - - - - - - - $ 750.00
To R. & B. Fund of Precinct No. 4, 3396 - - - - - - - $1,650.00
And the County Clerk shall credit the account of each of said preclnets with tye amount ther

N0. 2110. TRANSFER OF 18.00 FROM ROAD & BRIDGE FUND N0, 3 TO ROAD & BRIDGF. FUND N0. 1.
This 13th day of November, A. D. 1939, the County Treasurer of Kerr County be and he is
hereby authorized and directed by the Court to transfer the sum of $18.00 from the Road &
Bridge Fund No. 3 Fund to Roed and Bridge No. 1, Fund, for payment of James Fitzpatrick Yor
road supervision performed by him in said Yreciact, and the County Clerk shall charge said
R. & B. Fund No. 3 with said 18.00 so transferred on the books of his office.

N0. 2111. PAYMENT OF RENTAL OF LOTB FOR MAR$ET.
This 13th day of November, A. D. 1939, it was ordered by the Court that the Clerk issue
warrant in the sum of $10.00 payable to Jim Steagell for payment of rental of lots used as a
Market by Peddlers and Trucks in the City o1 Kerrville, and also on Lhe let day of December,
1939, to issue warrant in the sum of $10.00 payable to Jim Steagell for payment of rental of
lots as above stated, and thereafter the monthly sum of $5.00 for the rental of said lots,
said amounts to be paid out oY the General Fund.

This 13th day of November, A. D. 1939, it was ordered by the Court that Thanksgiving
is and will be observed by this Honorable Court on the regular day, same being the 30th day

On this the 14th day of November, A. D. 1939, came on to be examined and audited by the
Court the report of Bab Bennett, Justice of the Peeae of Preclnet No. 1 oP Kerr County, Por
