_ This 13th day of November, 1939, oame on to be considered by the Court the proposal of
Ranson, Davidson & Company of San Antonio, represented by Mrs. Helen Stanley, offering to
trade unto the Kerr County Permanent School Fund 5,000 oP the Rerr County Wide Road Bonds,
1931, for Lhe $5,000 of the Kerr County Warrants, 1937, 4 due in 1949 and 1 due in 1950, and
an additional sum of X350.00 in cash to ba paid by Ranson, Davidson & Company of San Antonio,
said bonds being
/now owned by said school fund.
It appearing to the Court that such bond trade and 350.00 additional allowance in cash
would be to the best interest of the Kerr County Permanent School Fund, the conaummatioh of
said trade be and is hereby authorized by the Court, upon the final eoceptance or re3ect ion
of said proposed trade by said Ranson, Davidson & Company.

N0. 2109. APPORTIONMENT OF 5,000.00 OF THE GENERAL ROAD & BRIDGE FUND OF KERR COUNTY.
This 13th day of November, A. D. 1939, be end it is ordered by the Court that $5,000.00
of the unapportioned Roed & Bridge Funds of Kerr County, be Bereby apportioned and credited
to the respective Commissioners' Precinct of Kerr County, in the following proportions, viz:
To R. & B. Fund of Prao inet No. 1, 37,$ - - - - - - - 1,850.00
To R. & B. Fund of Preoinet No. 2, 1596 - - - - - - - ~ 750.00
To R. & B. Fund of Precinct No. 3, 1596 - - - - - - - ~ 750.00
To R. & B. Fund of Preciaot No. 4, 3396 - - - - - - - $1,650.00
And the County Clerk shall credit the account oP each of said precincts with tqe amount that
apportioned hereunder.

N0. 2110. TRANSFER OF 18.00 FROM ROAD & BRIDGE FUND N0. 3 TO ROAD k BRIDGF. FUND N0. 1.
This 13th day of November, A. D. 1939, the County Treasurer of Kerr County be and he is
hereby authorized and directed by the Court to transfer the sum of 4,!18.00 from the Road &
Bridge Fund No. 3 Fund to Roed and Bridge No. 1, Fund, for payment of James Fitzpatrick for
road supervision performed by him in said Precinct, and the County Clerk shall charge said
R. & H. Fund No. 3 with said =18.00 so transferred on the books of his office.

N0. 2111. PAYMENT OF RENTAL OF LOTS FOR MARKET.
This 13th day of November, A. D. 1939, it was ordered by the Court that the Clerk issue
warrant in the sum of $10.00 payable to Tim Steagall for payment of rental of lots used as a
Market by Peddlers and Trucks in the City of Kerrville, and also on the 1st day of December,
1939, to issue warrant in the sum of X10.00 payable to Jim Steagall for payment of rental of
lots as above stated., and thereafter the monthly sum of X5.00 for the rental of Bald lots,
said amounts to be paid out of the General Fund.

is and will be observed by this Honorable Court on the regular day, same being the 30th day

On this the 14th day of November, A. D. 1939, came on to be easmined end audited by the
Court the report of Bob Bennett, Just lce of the PAeoe of Precinct No. 1 of Kerr County, for
the month of October, 1939, of Criminal Fees °filed, fines, judgment and ,jury fees collected I ~,~
showing the sum of $15.00 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him
according to said report to a fee of ,18.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report
is correct, same be and is hereby approved, and the County Clerk and County Treasurer are
therefore authorized and direoted to pay unto Justine Bennett the said sum of 18.00 as
follows: $3.00 out oP tha Road and Bridge Fund and X15.00 out of the General Fund.
