This 11th day of December, 1939, came on to be inspected end examined by the Court the 170 page Delinquent Taz Record of Kerr County, Teaas, containing 7084 lines, covering all delinquent taxes owing the State end County in Kerr County, Texas, for the years 1919 to 1938, inclusive, prepared and complied as required by Articles 7321.732E, Revised Civil Statutes of 1925 and Senate Bill No. 407, Acts oP the 44th Legislature,"and it appearing to the Court efts careful examination of said delinquent tea record that same is true and correct, and same be and is hereby in open Court approved in every respect. BID OF WILKE REPAIR SHOP FOR 6 BEDS COMPLETE FOR COUNTY JAIL. On this the 11th day oY December, 1939, oeme on to be heard and considered the bid of Wilke Repair Shop in the sum of $52.65 for 4 beds or bunks to be placed in the two separate cells in the upstairs fail and 2 beds or bunks to be placed in the single cell in the downeta fail.
