170 page Delinquent Tax Record of Kerr County, Tessa, containing 7084 lines, covering all
delinquent taxes owing the State and County in Kerr County, Texas, for the years 1919 to 1938,
inclusive, prepared and complied as required by Articles 7321-732E, Revised C1v11 Statutes of
1925 and Senate Bill No. 407, Acts of the 44th Legislature, and St appearing to the Court efts

N0. 2138. BID OF WILKE REPAIR SHOP FOR 6 BEDS COMPLETE FOR COUNTY JAIL.
On this the 11th day of Deoember, 1939, creme on to be heard end considered the bid of
Wilke Repair Shop in the sum of $52.85 for 4 beds or bunks to be placed in the two separate
cells in the upstairs ,jail end 2 beds or bunks to be placed in the single cell 1n the downata
jail. And it appearing to the Court that said bid is the lowest and only bid for said 6 Bu
or Beds and that same should be accepted and that the said Wilke Repair Shop is directed to
proceed with the installments of the beds or bunks as above mentioned for the agreed bid
price of X52.65, same to be paid Por out oP the General Fund oP Kerr County, Texas, upon
completion and acceptance by the Court of the said work to be performed.
