170 page Delinquent Tax Record of Kerr County, Teaas, oontaining ?084 lines, covering all
delinquent taxes owing the State and County in Kerr County, Texas, Yor the years 1919 to 1938,
inclusive, prepared and complied as required by Articles 7321-7322, Revised CSvil~Statutes of
1925 and Senate Hill No, 407, Acts of the 44th Legislature ,'end it appearing to the Court afte
careful examination of said delinquent taz raoord that same 1e true and oorrect, and same be
and is hereby in open Court approved in every respect.
And it further appearing to the Court that the aoator price for compiling said record
in the sum of X352.00, is fair and reasonable and said claim in favor of E. H. Nichols for

County Home Demonstrator of Kerr County, covering her servioee during the months of October,
and November, 1939, which reports having been found satlsfaotory, be and are hereby accepted
by the Court.

On this the 11th day oP Deoember, 1939, Dame on to be heard and considerefl the bid of
Wilke Repair Shop in the sum of $52.65 for 4 beds or bunks to be placed in the two separate
Dells in the upstairs ,jail and 2 beds or bunks to~be planed in the single cell in the downstai
jail. And it appearing to the Court that said bid 1s the lowest and only bid for said 6 Bunks
or Beda and that same should be accepted and that the said Wilke Repair Shop is direotad to
proceed with the installments of the beds or bunko as above mentioned for the agreed bid
price of X52.65, same to be paid for out of the General Fund oP Kerr County, Teza3, upon
completion and acceptance by the Court of the Bald work to De performed.
