reports of E. H. Nichols, Tea Assessor and Collector for the Months of October and November,
1939, showing an actual and necessary expense of $87.25, incurred by him in the conduct of
hie office during the month of October, 1939, and an actual and heoeasary expense of X18.75,
incurred by him in the conduct of his office during the month of November, 1939, and it appear
ing to the Court that said Tax Assessor and Collector is entitled to the expandlturea of all
the items therein listed, said reports be and are 1}ereby approved for the full amount by the

This 11th day of December, 1939, came on to be inspected and examined by the Court the
170 page Delinquent Tax Record of Kerr County, Texas, containing 7084 lines, covering all
delinquent taxes owing the State and County in Kerr County, Texas, for the years 1919 to 1938,
Inclusive, prepared end complied as required by Articles 7321-7322, Revised Civ1l~Statutea of
1925 and Senate Hill No. 407, Acta of the 44th Legialature,'and it appearing to the Court efts
careful examination of said delinquent taz record that same is true and correct, and same be
and is he*eby in open Court approved in every reapeot.
And it further appearing, to the Court that the coat or prise for compiling said record
in the sum of $352.00, is fair and reasonable and said claim in Yavor of E. H. Nichols for
said amount be and is hereby allowed and approved, to be paid by the County and State as
provided by law.

On thls the 11th day of December, 1939, acme on to be heard and considered the bid of
Wilke Repair Shop in the sum of $52.65 for 4 bade or bunks to ba placed in the two separate
cells in the upstairs jail and 2 beds or bunks Lobe placed 1n the ain6le sell in the downs
jail. And it eppearing to the Court that said bid is the lowest and onlq bid for said 6 Bu
or Beda and that same should be accepted and that the ea id Wilke Repair Shop 1a directed to
proceed with the installments of the beds or bunks as above mentioned for the agreed bid
price of X52.65, same to be paid for out of the General Fund of Kerr County, Taxes, upon
completion and acceptance by the Court of the said work tq be performed.
