This 11th day of December, 1939, came on to be inspected and examined by the Court the 170 page Delinquent Tax Record of Kerr County, Texas, containing 7084 lines, covering all delinquent taxes owing the State and County in Kerr County, Texas, for the years 1919 to 1938, Inclusive, prepared end complied as required by Articles 7321-7322, Revised Civ1l~Statutea of 1925 and Senate Hill No. 407, Acta of the 44th Legialature,'and it appearing to the Court efts careful examination of said delinquent taz record that same is true and correct, and same be and is he*eby in open Court approved in every reapeot. And it further appearing, to the Court that the coat or prise for compiling said record in the sum of $352.00, is fair and reasonable and said claim in Yavor of E. H.
