at the Court House thereof, in the town of Kerrville, Texas, officers present;

A. F. Moore, Sheriff, and Jno. R. Leavall, County Clerk, and the Court having been regularly
opened, the following proceedings were had, to-wit:
N0. 2139. BID OF GUS EVANS TO PAINT JAII..
On this the 16th day of December, 1939, came on to be heard and considered the bid of
Gus Evans in the sum oS $78.50 for repainting the Kerr County Jflil, including two coats of
Casein on all Plaster Walls, two coats of Oil Paint on all trlm and iron work, and ell trim
and iron work to be cleaned and sanded before painting, and it appearing to the Court that sai
bid is the lowest and only bid for said Repainting of Kerr County Sail end that same should be
accepted and that the said Gus F.vans is directed to proceed with the Repainting of the Kerr
County Jail as above mentioned Por the agreed bid price of X78.50, same to be paid out of the
General Fund of Kerr County, Texas, upon completion and acceptance by the Court of the said
'work to be performed.
