On this the 16th day of December, 1939, came on to be heard and considered the bid oP
Cus Evans in the sum of ~k78.50 Por repainting the Kerr County Je11, inc 7.uding two coats of
Case In on all Plaster Walls, two coats of Oil Paint on all trim and iron work, end ell trim
and iron work to be cleaned and sanded before painting, and 1t appearing to the Court th et sa i~
bid is the lowest and only hid for said Repainting of Kera County Je it end that same should be
accepted and that the said Gus F.vans is directed to proceed with the Repainting oP the Kerr
County Ja11 as above mentioned for the agreed bid price of 878.50, same to be paid out oP the
'General Fund of Kerr County, Texas, upon completion and acceptance by the Court of the said
,work to be performed.
