This 8th day of Jenuery, 1940, came on to be considered by Lhe Court the provisions of
Senate Bill No. 5, Chayter 465, passed nt First Called Seealoa of the 44th Legislature,
preaorlbing oompeneation of Diatriot, County and Preoinat Offioera, and it appearing to the
Court that it is to the beat interest of Barr County and its otfiaers that all of the Diatriot
County and Preoinct Officers of 8err County ba oompensatad on the fee basis for the year 1940.
It ie therefore ordered, adjudged and deoreed by the Court that all Diatriot, County and
Preolaot Offioera of Bert County be aompeaaated for their aervioes during the year 1940, on
e earned fee basis, and until otherwise determined b9 th14 Court.
And the County Clerk shell forward a aertifiod Dopy of this order to the Comptroller of
Publio Acoounte, Austin, Tezne, as direoted In the harem mentioned not of the Legislature.

benefit of its Permanent School Fund, four $100.00 Cameros County Wide Road Bonds, ~bmg germ
bonds, bearing 3'$ semi-annual graduated interest, for a stipulated prime of X350.00, and it
appearing to the Court that it is to the beat interest of Barr County end said 9ohool Funfl
that auah bonds be purohaeed.
Therefore, upon motion duly made, aeoonded and uaanlmoualy adopted, ea id offer of The
Rsnaon-Davidson Company be and la hereby eoaepted by the Court, and that said bonds be pur-
ohnsed end paid for aooordingly, at the stipulated prios of X350.00, and the Cherlea Sohrsiae
Beak, Depository of Barr County be and Se hereby authorized and direoted to pay for same out
of the Permanent School Fund of Xerr County so far ae the available money thereof will permit
