On this the 8th day of January, A. D. 1940, Dame on to be aonaidered by the Court, the
matter of the uses to be made of a balance of >F1826.69 now oredited to the Lateral Road Fund
eooouat of Kerr County, Tezas, with the Hoard of County and Dietriot Road Indebtedness,
Austin, Tezas. Said sum representing payments made by Road Dietriot No. 2 of Kerr County,
Tease, on the State's assumed proportion of ellgible obligations eubssquenL to Sanuary let,
1933, as provided under 3ubaeatioa H, of Seotloa 8 of H. B. No. 888, 48th Legislature,
Regular Session.
And it appearing to the Court that said sum of #1826.89 eould be used for paying the
principal, interest anfl slaking fund requirements of any bonds or warrants which were legally
issued by auoh county prior to January 2nd, 1939, the prooeeda of which were eotuslly ezpende~
in the conetruotion or improvement of lateral oounty roads; sad it further appearing to the
Court that the Kerr County Road end Bridge Warrants of 1936 and the Kerr County Road and Brid.
Improvement Warrants of 1937 are each within the above alasaifioation, end that Bald sum of
#1628.89 should be applied to the payments of prinoipal and interest of said warrant Seauss
for the year 1940.
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and deoreed by the Court that the sum of jj723.02 be
used sad applied to the payment of the principal and interest on Kerr County Road and Bridge
Fund of 1938 and that the balanoe of >~903.67 be applied to the payment of interest on the Ear
County Road and Bridge Improvement Warrants of 1937.
It is.further ordered, adjudged and decreed that the Board of County end Dietriot Road
Indebtedness be notified Sa writing, of its election to make auoh use of said money, and that
said Hoard of County and Dietriot Road iadebtadaesa be requested to remit said amount of
X1626.89 to the County Treasurer of Kerr County, Tezas, to bs used sad ezpended in aooordenoe
with this order.
