D. 1940, came on to be considered the offer of The Ranson-Davidson Company, of San Antonio, Teass, to purchase from Kerr County Commissioner's ' Precinot No. 3, three Serr County Court House and Jail Bonds, numbered 75, 76 and 77, Por X1000.00 each, bearing 5;6 semi-annual Interest, dated April 10th, 1926, and all of said Bonds being due and payable on April 10th, 1955, now held by said Kerr County Co~iasioner's Prec inc~ No. 3 of Kerr County, for the price of ¢120.00 i. e. l,~3,800.00 plus accrued interest, and it Co~lsaioaer'a Preoinet No. 3, appearing Lo the Court that it ie to the best interest of Kerr County/te accept ea ifl offer and sell said bonds to said The Ranson-Davidson Company, as aforesaid, upon motion duly made, eeoonded and unanimously adopted said offer be and is hereby ac oepted by the Court, sad it is . hereby ordered by the Court that said three bonds are sold to said The Ranson-Davidson Company for said price of X3,600.00 plus accrued interest, and Chas.
