On this the 11th day of T?arch, A. D. 1940, came on to be oo nsi dared the offer of The
Ranson-Davidson Company, of San Antonio, Teass, to purchase from Kerr County Commissioner's
Preoinot No. 3, three Kerr County Court House and Jail Bonds, numbered 75, 7a and 77, for
81000.00 each, bearing 596 semi-annual interest, dated April 10th, 1928, and all of sold Honds
being due and payable on April 10th, 1955, now held by said Kerr County Commissioner's Prec inc~
No. 3 of Kerr County, for the pr ioe oP X120.00 1. a. ffi3,800.00 plus accrued interest, and 1t
Commissioner's Preoiact No. 3,
appearing to the Court that it is to the best interest of Berr County/to eacept said offer end
sell said bonds to said The Ranson-Davidson Company, sa aforesaid, upon motion duly made,
eeoonded and unanimously adopted said offer ba and ie hereby sooepted by the Court, and it ie
hereby ordered by the Court that said three bonds are sold to said The Ranson-Davidson Company
for said price of X3,800.00 plus acorued interest, and Ches. Schreiner Bank, (Unincorporated),
Kerr County Depository, be and 1s hereby authorized end direo tad to tranaier and deliver said
bonds to ea id The Ranson-Davidson Company, upon reoeipt of the purohaee price therefor.

this order authorizing said depository to oonsummate said purchase and sale anima-saie according
