D. 1940, came on to be oonsi dared the offer of The Ranson-Davidson Company, of San Antonio, Teaea, to purchase from Kerr County Commissioner's precinct No. 3, three Kerr County Court House and Jail Bonds, numbered 75, 76 and 77, for X1000.00 each, bear ing 5~ semi-annual interest, dated April 10th, 1928, and all of said Honds being due and payable on April 10th, 1955, now held by said Kerr County Commissioner's Prec Snc No. 3 of Kerr County, for the price of X120.00 1. a.
