expense reports of E. H. Nichols, Tea Assessor and Collector for the month of January, 1940,
showing an actual and necessary expense of $76.67, and for the month of February, 1940, show-
ing an actual and necessary expense of $176.00, Incurred by him in the conduct of his office
during said months of Sanuary and February, 1940, end it appearing to the Court that said Tax
Assessor and Collector is entitled to the expenditure oP all the items therein listed, said
reports be and are hereby approved for the full amount by the Court.

N0. 2187 and 2188. ORDER DECLARING OFFICE OF CONSTABLE OF PRECINCT N0. 2 VACANT AND APPOINT-
MENT OF CONSTABLE TO FILL THE IINEXPIRED TERM OF SAID OFFICE.
On this 16th day of March, A. D. 1940, it appearing to the Court that the office of
Constable in end for Juetioe's Preoinct No. Two of Kerr County, Texea, should be daolared ve-
cant and a new Constable appointed by the Court to fill the unexpired term of said office.
Whereupon, on motion duly made, seconded and unanimaouly adopted, be and it is hereby
ordered by the Court that the offioe of Constable in end for Justioe's Preainat No. 2 of Kerr
County shall be in all things considered vacant, and that H. L. Finley, being qualified end
desirous to serve out the uneapired term of said offioe, ba and is hereby appointed by the
Court to fill the uneapired term of the office oP Constable in and for Justlce`s Precinct No.
2 of Kerr County, Texas, and he is hereby directed to qualify for said office by making bond

Texas, at the Special Marsh Term of the Commissioners` Court, and it appearing to the Court
that said bond is good end sufficient, end that said bond should be approved by the Court.
