This the 13th day of April, A. D. 1940, De and St ie ordered by the Court that $30,000.C
of the unapportionad Road & Bridge Funds of Kerr County, be hereby apportioned and credited
to the respective Commissioners' Preoincta of Kerr County, in the following proportions, viz:
To R. & B. Fund of Prealnot No. 1, 3696 - - - - - - - - - $10,500.00
To R. & H. Fund oY Pracinat No. 2, 15'~ - - - - - - - - - 4,500.00
To R. & H. Fund of Precinct No. 3, 1596 - - - - - - - - - 4,500.00

N0. 2202. TRANSFER OF $1,100.00 FROM R. & B. #2 FUND TO R. & B. FUND #3.
This 13th day of April, 1940, it is ordered by the Court that the sum of $1,100.00 be
transferred by the County Clerk from Road & Hridge No. 2 Fund to Road & Hridge Fund No. 3,
in payment in Pali of the loan due and owing by Precinot No. 2 to Preoinat No. 3 on the Cents,
Point Low Water Brldge & Traotor loan, thereby paying said loan in full. Commissioner $argar
in open Court waiving interest for peat year on said loan.

COUNIR R. & B. WARRANTS OF 1938.
This 13th day of Aprilq 1940, the County Treasurer of ffierr County be and is hereby
authorized and directed to transfer the sum of $722.88 from the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund
to the Sinking Fund of Kerr County Road and Bridge Warrants of 1936, to take care of the 1940
principal and interest requirements on the $6,500.00 Karr County R. & B. Warrants of 1938.

hereby authorized and direatad by the Court to transfer the awn of $1,298.05 from the Road
and Bridge Fund of Preoinot No. 1 to Sinking Fund of Kerr County Road & Bridge Improvement
Warrants of 1937, for the purpose of taking oars of the 1940 interest requirement on said
$44,000.00 R. & B. Improvement Warrant Ieaue of 1937. And the County Clerk shell charge said
