N0. 2201. APPORTZONNENT OF $30,000.00 OF THE GENERAL ROAR & BRIDGE FOND OF KERR COUNTY.
Thin the 13th day of April, A. D. 1940, be and it ie ordered by the Court that $30,000.0(
of the unapportloned Road & Bridge Funds of Kerr County, ba hereby apportioned and credited
to the respective Commisaionera~ Preoineta of 8err County, in the following proportions, viz:
To R. &. B. Fuad~of Precinct No. 1, 3596 - - - - - - - - - $10,500.00
To R. & B. Fund of Precinct No. 2, 154 - - - - - - - - - 4,500.00
To R. & H. Fund of Precinct No. 3, 1596 - - - - - - - - - 4,500.00
To R. k B. Fund of Precinct No. 4, 3596 - - - - - - - - - #10,500.00
And the County Clerk shall credit the account of each of said prealnota with the amount there•

Thin 13th day of April, 1940, it is ordered by the Court that the sum of $1,100.00 be
Lranaferred by trie County Clerk from Road & Bridge No. 2 Fund to Road & Hridge Fund No. 3,
in payment in full of the loan due and wring by Precinct No. E to Preo inct No. 3 on the Cents
Point Low Water Bridge & Tractor loan, thereby paying said loan in full. Commissioner Karger
in open Court waiving interest for past year on said loan.

COUNTY R. ~ B. WARRANTS OF 1938.
Thin 13th day of Aprilq 1940, the County Treasurer of E~err County be and is hereby
authorized and directed to tranafar the sum of $722.86 from the Kerr County .Lateral Road Fund
to the Sinking Fund of Kerr County Road and Bridge Warrants of 1936, to take care of the 1940
principal and interest requirements on the $6,500.00 Kerr County R. & B. Warrants of 1936.

purpose of taking ogre of the 1940 interest requirement on snid $44,000.00 R. & B. Dapro

hereby authorized and directed by the Court to transfer the sum of $1,296.05 from the Road
and Hridge Fund of Precinct No. 1 to Sinking Fund of Kerr County Road & Bridge Improvement
Warrants of 1937, for the purpose of taking oars of the 1940 interest requirement on said
$44,000.00 R. & H. Improvement Warrant Issue of 1937. And the County Clerk shell charge said
R. k B. #1 Fund with ea id $1,298.05 so transferred on the books of his office.
