of the unapportioned Road & Hr idge Funds of $err County, be hereby apport toned and credited
to the reapactive Commissioners' Preoincta of Kerr County, in the following proportions, viz:
To R. & B. Fund of Preolnct No. 1, 3596 - - - - - - - - - X10,500.00
To R. do B. Fund of Precinct No. 2, 1596 - - - - - - - - - 4,500.00
To R. & B. Fund of Precinct No. 3, 1596 - - - - - - - - - 4,500.00
To R. & B. Fund of Precinct No. 4, 3596 - - - - - - - - - !$10,500.00
And the County Clerk shall oredlt the acoount of eaoh of said preainota with the amount
to apportioned hereunder.

This 13th day of April, 1940, it ie ordered by the Court that the sum of X1,100.00 be
transferred by the County Clerk Prom Road & Bridge No. 2 Fund to Road & Bridge Fund No. 3,
in payment in full of the loan due and awing by Precinot No. 2 to Preainot No. 3 on the Cents
Point Low Water Bridge & Traotor loan, thereby paying said loan in full. Commissioner Karger
in open Court waiving interest for peat year on said loan.

authorized and direoted to transfer the sum of ;722.88 from the Kerr Couhty lateral Road Fund
to the Sinking Fund of Kerr County Road and Bridge Warrants of 1936, to take care of the 1940
principal and interest requirements oa the $8,500.00 Kerr County R. & B. Warrants of 1936.

hereby authorized and directed by the Court to transfer the sum of X1,296.05 from the Road
and Bridge Fund of Precinot No. 1 to Sinking Fund of $err County Road & Bridge Improvement
Warrants of 1937, for the purpose of taking oars of the 1940 interest requirement on said
X44,000.00 R. do B. Improvement Warrant Ieaue of 1937. And the County Clark shall charge said
R. & H. #1 Fund with said X1,298.05 so transferred on the books of his oftioe.
