This 13th day of April, 1940, it is ordered by the Court that the sum of $1,100.00 be
transferred by the County Clerk from Road & Bridge No. 2 Fund to Road & Bridge Fund No. 3,
in payment in full of the loan due and owing by Procinot No. 2 to Preo Snot No. 3 on the Cents
Point Low Water Bridge & Traotor loan, thereby paying said loan Sn full. Commissioner Karger
in open Court waiving interest for peat year on said loan.

to the Sinking Fund of Kerr County Road and Bridge Warrants of 1938, to take enre of the 1940
principal and interest requirements on the $8,500.00 Karr County R. & H. Warrants of 1938.
