Gydeaon, A. E. Anderson, sad H. L. Sublett, filed with the County Clark on March 18th, 1940,
aekiag the Court to eetabliah a EHird alnee public road 30 feat in width from a Point in West
line of Whieenhunt made where it iaterseote with South line of Hlghxay No, 39, to Cattle
Gnard, in Preosnot No. 4 of Kerr County, Tazea, sad it appearing to the Court proper notices
of the filing of said petition were legally posted at three publ So p2acee sad for the length
of time required by law, end that no objection hnn been made to the Court Lo the aetabliahman'
